This Privacy Policy describes information handled by Office Furniture Calculator when you visit the website or use its calculators. It describes the WordPress theme and Calculator Core functions present in this test installation. Hosting, email, or other infrastructure may process additional technical information under settings outside the calculator application; those details are not available in the WordPress content settings.
Information processed when you use a calculator
A calculation request sends the values you enter to this site’s WordPress calculation endpoint so the requested calculation can be performed and the result returned. Calculator Core does not send raw calculation inputs or results to a third-party analytics service. Its calculation diagnostics and analytics records do not include the raw input values or calculated outputs.
The website’s hosting layer necessarily receives connection information to serve a request. Depending on server and security configuration, technical logs may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested path, and time of access. The WordPress calculator settings do not define the hosting provider’s log contents or retention period.
Calculator feedback and diagnostics
If you submit feedback from a calculator, the site stores the feedback category and message along with calculator and release identifiers and limited context used to identify the issue, such as the page path, input field paths, or error details. The feedback feature does not need the values you entered into the calculator. Avoid placing personal, confidential, or sensitive project information in the message.
Automatic calculation or PDF error records may include a calculator identifier, release, event type, field path, error category, request identifier, and timestamp. They are intended to diagnose operation errors and do not store the raw value entered into a field.
PDF requests
A calculator may offer a clean PDF download that requires an email address. If you request it, the site records the email address with the calculator identifier, release, related WordPress page, source path, and consent status to process the request and provide the clean download. Choosing the watermarked option does not require submitting an email address, although basic PDF generation usage may still be recorded.
A separate optional checkbox may let you request occasional tool updates. It is separate from the PDF request and requires email verification. Leaving it unchecked does not change the PDF request. Do not submit an address that you are not authorized to use.
Optional behavior analytics
Behavior analytics is currently disabled in this test installation. If the site administrator enables it in another environment, it is designed to run only when a connected consent-management provider reports granted consent and the specific calculator has the feature enabled. The feature records sampled actions and opaque input buckets rather than raw input values or results. It is not a count of unique people.
Retention
Calculator Core’s default retention periods are 90 days for PDF generation records, automatic diagnostics, automatic error feedback, and behavior aggregates, and 365 days for PDF request records. The administrator can change these periods in Calculator Core settings. The optional behavior analytics setting is off in this test installation. Manually submitted feedback is retained as an issue record and does not use the automatic-error retention setting.
Cookies and external services
WordPress uses authentication cookies when an administrator or other authorized user signs in. The calculator code uses the site’s own WordPress REST endpoints to calculate results and process the features described above. External links, your email application, and the hosting or email infrastructure operate separately from the calculator code and are governed by their own settings and policies.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
Calculator Core provides WordPress privacy export and erasure handling for PDF request records identified by email address. For help locating a PDF record or for a privacy question, email admin@officefurniturecalculator.com. Include only the information needed to identify your request. A request to remove a PDF record does not automatically remove email copies or records held by an email provider, hosting provider, or in a backup.

This page may be updated when the site’s features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest editorial revision. Review the policy again if you use a feature that requests an email address or submits feedback.
